At Counting & Sheeping we want you both sleeping better. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Our 30-night guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Because Hush needs a few nights to try properly, we accept returns of Hush devices that have been used, as long as the device, charging case and cable are returned complete and in good condition in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used adhesive patches can't be returned.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@forgeritual.store with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we'll send you a return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.
Unless your item arrived faulty or damaged, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get something different is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please email us.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you.
